金蝉止痒胶囊治疗湿热型湿疹98例

摘　　要：目的:观察金蝉止痒胶囊治疗湿热型湿疹的临床疗效。方法:193例入选患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组98例,对照组95例,对照组口服马来酸氯苯那敏片4 mg,Bid,外用0.1%糠酸莫米松乳膏,Qn,渗出部位用0.1%乳酸依沙吖啶溶液冷湿敷;治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用金蝉止痒胶囊口服6粒,Tid,饭后服用。3周为1个疗程,每周复诊1次,观察湿疹面积及严重指数(EASI)改善情况。结果:治疗组治愈率为30.6%,总有效率为91.8%;对照组治愈率为15.8%,总有效率为57.9%。两组治愈率经χ2检验,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),两组总有效率经χ2检验,差异具有极其显著性(P<0.005),表明治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论:金蝉止痒胶囊治疗湿热型湿疹疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the therapeutical effect of Jinchan Zhiyang capsules in treating eczema of damp-heat type. Method： One hundred and ninty-three patients were randomly divided into two groups, the 98 patients in therapy group, the 93 patients in control group. The control group was treated with the maleate chlorpheniramine tablets 4 mg, Bid, combing with Using 0. 1% Mometasone Furoate Cream and 0. 1% Ethacridine Lactate Solution. Based on the treatment of the control group, the therapy group plus Jinchan Zhiyang capsules. The improvement of eczema skin lesions were observed with eczema area and severity index （EASI） score before and after three weeks of the treatment. Result： The clinical basically cure rate and the effective rate were 30.6% and 91.8% in the therapy group respectively, which were statistically significant higher than that of the control group （15.8% and 57.9% respectively）. Conclusion： Treating eczema of damp-heat type with Jinchan Zhiyang capsules had satisfactory efficacy and was safe in clinical work. And worth to be recommended in clinical application.
