摘  要:研究了以澳大利亚美利奴绵羊皮为原料生产抗菌绵羊毛皮,作为褥疮预防和治疗的辅助医用产品的工艺技术。采用工艺论证-工艺试验-产品评价的方法,在抗菌毛皮工艺技术中,重点采取强化铬鞣、生态毛皮处理技术和纳米银复合抗菌技术处理。通过对成品研究分析发现:纳米银抗菌绵羊毛皮产品符合生态毛皮的要求,具有良好的抗菌性能,可以有效的分散患者与床之间的压力,预防褥疮的发生。总之,纳米银抗菌绵羊毛皮可以作为褥疮预防和治疗的辅助型产品。In this paper, the Australian merino sheep skin was used to make antibacterial sheep fur, which was designed as an assisted medical product to prevent the bedsores. The steps of plan- experiment test were used as research method. During the technology, the ways of strengthening chrome tanning, ecological fur treatment and nano-silver antibacterial a- gent treatment were used. The nano-silver antibacterial sheep fur was tested and the results showed that the nano-silver antibacterial sheep fur met the requirements of the ecological fur. Furthermore, it had good antibacterial properties, high bacteriostatic rate and could disperse the pressure between patient and bed to prevent the bedsores. In short, the nano- silver antibacterial anti-bedsore sheep fur mattresses could be used for bedsores prevention and treatment in future.
