摘　　要：公益性地质工作引入竞争是促进地质事业改革的重大举措。根据地质工作特点,参照建设工程项目招投标管理模式,科学制定不同类型地质调查项目的竞争方式,健全完善竞争性选择地质项目承担单位的管理制度和操作规程是做好地质调查项目优选工作的重要内容。本文从问题引出、地质工作内涵分析入手,对地质调查项目竞争方式选择进行论述,并提出充分认识地质工作竞争重要性、健全完善制度、做好地质调查项目数据库建设与维护等相关对策建议,以推进公益性地质调查工作市场化运行,确保地质事业的蓬勃发展。The Introduction of competition to public geological work is a major measure to promote the reform of geological cause. According to the characteristics of geological work and the bidding management patterns of construction projects, it is important to determine the competition ways for various types of geological investigation projects scientifically and make a sound management measures and implementation rules for competitively selecting project-taken institutes. This study firstly introduced the problem and analyzed the connotation of geological work. Then we discussed the selection of competitive ways of geological investigation projects, put forward the related countermeasures for fully understanding of the importance of competition, perfecting regulations and database construction and maintenance for geological investigation projects in order to promote the market operation of public geological work and ensure the vigorous development of geological cause.
