摘 要:以m(果壳活性炭)∶m(酚醛树脂)∶m(乌洛托品)∶m(石墨粉)=70∶29∶0.5∶0.5制得活性炭电极,采用比表面积及孔径分析仪(BET)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、电化学工作站分析电极的表面性质、孔径分布及电化学性能。结果表明:在电吸附过程中,经过物理化学改性后的活性炭电极对NaCl的单位吸附量达到7.14 mg/g,物理改性电极的单位吸附量为5.86 mg/g,相比高出21.84%。经拟合均符合伪二级动力学方程。通过物理化学法改性的活性炭电极具有更好的电吸附性能和优良的重复利用性。The activated carbon electrode has been prepared when the proportion of m (nutshell activated carbon):m (phenolic resin) ∶m (methenamine) ∶m (graphite powder) =70∶29∶0.5∶0.5.The surface properties,pore size distribution and electrochemical capability are analyzed by specific surface area analyzer,BET,XRD and electrochemical workstation.The results indicate that in the course of electroadsorption,the adsorption capacity of the physicochemically modified activated carbon for NaC1 reaches 7.14 mg/g.The adsorption capacity of physically modified electrode is only 5.86 mg/g.By comparison,the capacity is 21.84% higher,and the curve fitting conforms to pseudo secondary dynamic equation.The study shows that the activated carbon electrode which has been modified by simultaneous physical and chemical method has better electro-adsorption capacity and excellent capacity for being used repeatedly.
