摘 要:循环水排污水回用于补充水时受残余水处理药剂的影响,预处理中的混凝沉淀常达不到满意的效果。以氯化铝为混凝剂,聚丙烯酰胺为助凝剂,考察了十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1427)、氨基三亚甲基膦酸(ATMP)、羟基亚乙基二膦酸(HEDP)对混凝效果的影响。实验结果表明:残余水处理药剂会导致絮体变小且沉降性能变差,其中1427对浊度以及絮体沉降速度影响最大,HEDP对泥渣体积以及COD影响最大,ATMP对泥渣虚度影响最大;残余水处理药剂对混凝效果的影响程度与其在水中的浓度成正相关。When the blow-down water from circulating water system is reused as make-up water,the coagulation sedimentation process is usually unsatisfactory.When aluminum chloride is used as coagulant and polyacrylamide as coagulant aid,the effects of tetradecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorine (1427),Amino Trimethylene Phosphonic Acid(ATMP),and 1-Hydroxy Ethylidene-1,1-Diphosphonic Acid(HEDP) on it coagulating efficacy has been investigated.The experimental results show that the residual water treatment chemicals might cause the flocs to become smaller and setding property to become worse.1427 has the greatest influence on turbidity and settling velocity of the flocs,HEDP has the greatest influence on sludge volume and COD,and ATMP has the biggest influence on sludge compressive degrees.The influences of residual water treatment chemicals on coagulating efficacy have a positive correlation relationship with the chemical concentrations in water.
