摘  要:介绍了"破乳法去除乳化油—还原法去除重金属—多级生化去除有机物"的组合工艺处理高浓度润滑剂废水的设计思路和工艺流程。实际工程运行结果表明:出水Cu<1 mg/L,Zn<1 mg/L,COD<500 mg/L,去除率在99%以上,与厂区综合电镀废水混合后即可达标排放。组合工艺方法合理、工艺完整、处理效果好。The design concept and technological flow of a combined process:removing emulsible oil by demusification method-removing heavy metals by reduction method-removing organics by multi-step biochemical method,used for treating wastewater having high lubricant content are introduced.The results of actual project running show that the removing rate is above 99%,when the total concentrations of Cu and Zn in the effluent are both lower than 1 mg/L,and COD lower than 500 mg/L.After it is mixed with complex electroplating wastewater,the discharge standard can be reached.This complex process is reasonable and complete,having good treatment efficacy.
