摘　　要：介绍了"破乳法去除乳化油—还原法去除重金属—多级生化去除有机物"的组合工艺处理高浓度润滑剂废水的设计思路和工艺流程。实际工程运行结果表明:出水Cu<1 mg/L,Zn<1 mg/L,COD<500 mg/L,去除率在99%以上,与厂区综合电镀废水混合后即可达标排放。组合工艺方法合理、工艺完整、处理效果好。The design concept and technological flow of a combined process：removing emulsible oil by demusification method-removing heavy metals by reduction method-removing organics by multi-step biochemical method,used for treating wastewater having high lubricant content are introduced.The results of actual project running show that the removing rate is above 99％,when the total concentrations of Cu and Zn in the effluent are both lower than 1 mg/L,and COD lower than 500 mg/L.After it is mixed with complex electroplating wastewater,the discharge standard can be reached.This complex process is reasonable and complete,having good treatment efficacy.
