摘 要:为深入了解小麦骨干亲本小偃22及其衍生品种的遗传特性,利用相对均匀分布在小麦各染色体臂上的71对SSR引物对小偃22及其6个衍生品种以及小偃22的姊妹系小偃22 2进行SSR分析。结果表明,在8份供试材料中共检测到187个等位变异,每个位点等位变异数目为2~5个,平均为2.6个。多态性信息含量(PIC)变异范围为0.305~0.582,平均为0.388。遗传距离变化范围为0.309~0.767,平均为0.595,说明材料间遗传差异较小。经UPGMA聚类分析,在0.55处将供试材料分成两大类,能较好地反映品种之间的遗传差异。小偃22与其姊妹系小偃22 2的遗传相似系数为0.73。Xiaoyan 22 is one of the most important core parents in wheat improvement in China. In order to further understand the genetic contribution of Xiaoyan 22 to its derived varieties, this study was carried out to scan the alleles of Xiaoyan 22 and its 6 derived varieties and Xiaoyan 22 2 (a sister line of Xiaoyan 22) with 71 SSR primer pairs, which were relatively evenly distributed on wheat chromosome arms. In total, 187 alleles were detected among the tested materials, and each locus had 2 to 5 alleles with an average of 2.6 alleles. The polymorphism information content (PIC) value ranged from 0.305 to 0.582 with an average of 0.388.Genetic distance among the 8 materials was from 0.309 to 0.767 with an average of 0.595, which suggested that the genetic diversity was smaller. The tested materials fell into two clusters at the point 0.55 by UPGMA analysis; it could reflect the relationship among them. The genetic similarity coefficients between Xiaoyan 22 and its sister line was 0.73.
