佐匹克隆联合眼动脱敏与再加工治疗失眠症

摘　　要：目的探讨佐匹克隆联合眼动脱敏和再加工治疗对失眠症的临床疗效。方法将68例符合CCMD-3关于失眠症患者随机分为两组,每组各34例,研究组给予佐匹克隆联合眼动脱敏和再加工治疗,对照组仅给予佐匹克隆治疗,疗程均为4w。在治疗前及治疗后分别采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定。结果治疗结束后,比较研究组与对照组疗效,PSQI总分(t=2.68,P<0.05)、睡眠质量因子(t=4.41,P<0.05)、睡眠障碍因子(t=2.47,P<0.05)、日间功能障碍因子分(t=3.53,P<0.05),研究组评分显著低于对照组;而睡眠效率(t=2.42,P<0.05),研究组评分显著高于对照组。结论佐匹克隆联合眼动脱敏和再加工治疗方法能更有效的治疗失眠症。Objective To explore the 6urative effects of zopiclone combined with the Eye Movement Desensitization and Repro- cessing （EMDR）in treatment of insomnia. Methods A total of 68 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into research group （n=34）receiving zopiclone combined with the EMDR and the control group （n= 34）only zopiclone for 4 weeks. Before treat- ment and at the ends 4th week treatment,clinical curative effects were assessed with the Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI）, Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）and Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）. Result ① After treatment,there were significant dif- ferences between the two groups in PSQI （t = 2.68, P〈0.05）,sleep quality （t = 4.41, P〈0.05）,the sleep disturbance factors （t = 2.47,P〈0.05）and daytime functioo disturbance （t= 3.53,P〈0.05）,scores were significantly lower in the treatment group than the control group;In the effect of sleep （t = 2.42 ,P〈0. 05）,score was significantly lower in the control group than the treatment group. Conclusion Zopiclone combined with the EMDR therapy has a better therapeutic effect in improving sleep quality of pa tients with insomnia.
