摘 要:目的探讨军队驾驶员交通差错与核心素质及特质应对的关系,为部队驾驶员的心理干预工作提供科学依据。方法采用随机整群抽样法,抽取某部390名驾驶员,根据有无交通差错分为研究组和对照组,对研究组322名有交通差错者和对照组68名无交通差错者采用军人核心素质量表及特质应对方式问卷进行测评,样本数据应用t检验、Logistic逐步回归分析统计方法处理。结果研究组军人核心素质量表中情绪调控、字符替换、词语推理因子得分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=2.992,2.585,-2.049;P<0.05),其余因子差异无统计学意义。研究组与对照组相比,军人特质应对方式问卷中积极应对、消极应对两因子差异均无统计学意义(t=1.362,-1.204;P<0.05)。Logistic逐步回归分析显示,情绪调控(β=-1.131,P=0.007)、字符替换(β=-1.878,P=0.058)、词语推理(β=0.526,P=0.040)为驾驶员交通差错的主要影响因素。结论核心素质可影响军队驾驶员的交通差错,这为以后驾驶员的心理干预工作提供了科学参考依据。Objective To investigate the psychological core competence and coping styles of military drivers with traffic acciden- t ,so that the related psychological intervention had scientific basis to follow for military drivers. Methods By random cluster sam- pling, 390 military drivers which included 322 drivers in traffic accident and 68 age- ,gender- ,and education-matched norm con- trols were investigated with The Psychological Core Diathesis Scale for Military Personnel and Coping Styles Questionnaire (CSQ), then acquired data were analyzed by t-test,logistic regressions analysis. Results Compared with the controls,the scores of emo t ion control (13.91 ± 3. 16), character substitution score (15.67± 1.38), words and expressions inference score (14.51 ± 2.01 )in drivers with traffic accident were significantly lower(t= 2. 992,2. 585 ,-2. 049 ;P〈0.05) ,there was no significant difference in oth- er factors score(P〉0.05), while there was no significant difference in positive trait coping score and negative trait coping style score(t= 1. 362 ,-1. 204 ;P〉0. 05). The Logistic regressions analysis revealed that emotion control(β=-1. 131 ,P= 0. 007),charac- ter substitution (β= 1.878, P = 0.058), words and expressions inference (β= 0.526, P = 0. 040) of driver were main influential fac- tors in traffic accident. Conclusion The psychological core competence of military drivers can affect driver error to some extent, which provides a scientific reference for psychological intervention to military drivers.
