HIV/AIDS患者“病友小组、疾控医务人员、心理专家”心理干预模式及其效果

摘　　要：目的探讨“病友小组-疾控医务人员-心理专家”心理干预模式对改善HIV／AIDS患者心理健康状况的效果。方法将32名干预组患者随机分为3个小组，采用“病友小组-疾控医务人员-心理专家”3级心理干预模式，干预形式包括小组活动、动机性访谈、个体咨询、心理讲座等，并可获得转介心理咨询服务。32名对照组患者由医务人员提供常规的个别干预，干预时间3个月，干预前后对两组患者的领悟社会支持、一般自我效能和医学应对方式进行评估。结果干预组患者在领悟社会支持、一般自我效能、医学应对方式的面对、回避、屈服因子的前后测得分差异均显著（t=-3．845～4．487，P〈0．05）；对照组患者只在医学应对方式的面对因子前后测得分差异显著（t=-2．326，P〈0．05）。干预组领悟社会支持、一般自我效能、医学应对方式的面对因子后测分数显著高于对照组（F=4．071-6．664，P〈0．05），回避和屈服因子后测分数显著低于对照组（F=4．410，4．283，P〈0．05）。结论“病友小组-疾控医务人员-心理专家”心理干预模式比常规的个别干预具有更好的效果。Objective To apply a ＂Wardmate group--Medical staff--Psychologist＂ mental intervention model to people with HIV/AIDS and appraise its effect. Methods A total of 32 patients（experimental group） were divided into 3 group randomly, which received the ＂Wardmate group--Medical staff--Psychologist＂ mental intervention model,while the other 32 patients （control group） received routine individual intervention. Both the interventions lasted 3 months and we appraised all the patients before and after the interventions. Results The experimental group showed significantly different between the scores of PSSS,GSES,as well as the three factors in MCMQ scale before and after the intervention（t=-3. 845-4. 487 ,P〈0.05）. But the control group showed significantly different only between the score of ＂facing＂ faetor in MCMQ scale before and after the intervention（t=-2. 326,P〈0, 05）. The experimental group got significantly higher scores in PSSS,GSES and the ＂facing＂ factor in MCMQ scale than the control group（F=4. 071- 6. 664,P〈0. 05）and got significantly lower score in ＂avoiding＂ and ＂yielding＂ in MCMQ scale （F= 4. 410, 4. 283,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The ＂Wardmate group--Medical staff--Psychologist＂ mental intervention model is more effective than the routine individual intervention.
