摘　　要：目的了解研究生心理咨询问题的特点并据此提出开展研究生心理健康教育工作的建议。方法对4年来到某高校心理咨询研究中心寻求心理帮助的1930例研究生心理咨询个案进行心理咨询记录的数据分析。结果①寻求心理帮助的研究生绝对人数在逐年上升,相对比例稳定在20%左右;②女研究生更倾向于寻求心理帮助;③在寻求心理帮助的研究生中,研一研二学生占主体,研三学生和博士生的求助人数有所上升;④研究生更倾向于向专业心理教师或专家求助;⑤情感情绪问题是研究生心理求助的首要问题,分别占比23.1%和15.7%;⑥研究生的精神疾病问题占15.3%。结论研究生的心理问题具有复杂性和累积性,必须引起教育部门和高校管理者的重视。Objective To investigate the characteristics of the issues of psychological counseling of postgraduates,and put for- ward to suggestions for the work of psychological education on the bosis of these characteristics. Methods To do the data analysis to the records of the psychological counseling of 1930 cases from a certain counseling center of a college school during 4 years. Re- sults ①The absolute number of postgraduates who initiatively came to the Counseling Center for psychological help increased gradually year by year,and its proportion was about 20 % stably. ② The woman postgraduates tended to find psychological help to a higher degree. ③ Among postgraduates who looked for psychological help,most postgraduates were in grade 1 or 2,but the num- ber of postgraduates who were in grade 3 or the doctoral candidates was increasing gradually. ④Postgraduates tended to look for psychological help from the professional teachers and experts much more. ⑤The issues about affection and emotion were the prin- cipal ones,the proportions were 23.1 %and 15.7 % respectively. ⑥The proportion of mental diseases of postgraduates was about 15.3%. Conclusion The issues of postgraduates are complicated and accumulative,and the department of education and the man- agement of college should pay much more attention to these issues.
