复方红参肽原液电离子导渗对面部敏感性皮肤的辅助疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方红参肽原液电离子导渗对改善女性面部敏感性皮肤的有效性。方法 30例女性面部敏感性皮肤志愿者随机分成两组,试验组20例接受维生素E霜和复方红参肽原液电离子导渗治疗,对照组10例接受维生素E霜治疗,均治疗8周。结果受试者自评量表提示,试验组满意度较高(P<0.05);皮肤分析仪检测提示试验组的皮肤水分、弹性、红血丝均明显改善(P<0.05);Photoshop CS5软件分析面部图像提示试验后面部皮肤皱纹、毛孔均明显改善(P<0.05),色斑平均减退率为11.23%。结论复方红参肽原液电离子导渗可以改善女性面部敏感性皮肤状况,并且在一定程度上改善肤质。Objective To study the clinical effects of red ginseng peptide ionotherapy on facial sensitive skin. Methods Thirty facial sensitive skin volunteers are randomly allocated into two groups. The treatment group （20 cases） received topical vitamin E cream and ionotherapy, and the controlled group （10 cases） received vitamin E cream. Results Questionnaires results revealed that red ginseng peptide ionotherapy on facial sensitive skin was effective（P〈0.05）. Complexion analysis system results showed that facial moisture, resilience and telangiectasia improved significantly（P〈0.05）. Photoshop CS5 software results indicated that facial wrinkles, and pores got improved（P〈0.05）. The mean reduction rate of pigmented patches is 11.23%. Conclusion Red ginseng peptide ionotherapy can improve the female facial sensitive skin, and improve complexion to a certain extent.
