摘 要:以小麦秸秆为原料,利用尿素溶液对小麦秸秆进行预处理并对预处理后的秸秆进行沼气发酵试验研究,探讨氨预处理时间对小麦秸秆沼气发酵特性的影响。结果表明:当尿素溶液为40g/L时,预处理25d,总产气量达到最大,在31d的发酵时间内总产气量为8388mL。沼气中甲烷含量在发酵进行第10天后达到最大值56.2%,比空白对照组提高了8.91%。此外,研究发现,尿素的添加对厌氧发酵系统的pH值和酸度有很好的调节作用。Wheat straw was treated with urea solution. The effect of pretreatment time on anaerobic digestion of wheat straw for biogas production was investigated in a bench scale anaerobic digester. The results showed that the total yield of biogas reaches maximum of 8388mL when the concentration of urea was 40g/L and the pretreatment time was 25d at fermentation time of 31d. The maximum CH4 content at mesophilic fermentation was 56. 2% at the tenth day of anaerobic digestion which was 8.91% higher than the control. In addition, the addition of urea had an accommodative effect on the process of anaerobic digestion. The study provide a good reference for the research and development of the comprehensive utilization of straw waste.
