摘  要:为解决燃池采暖地面散热量集中,房间局部过热,热量损失严重等实际工程的应用问题,基于能源梯级利用原则构建燃池-热水采暖系统。在该系统运行期间,采用耐高温多点温度自动巡回检测系统,对系统内部及燃池壁面的温度变化进行实测;研究并探讨燃料阴燃过程的主要影响因素,管径及管间距对系统传热性能的影响以及系统结构的优化方案;计算并分析燃烧面与热水管及燃池顶板之间的换热量;并为使燃池由民间凭经验搭建向依据专业技术规程搭建转变提供参考依据。To solve some practical application problems of burning cave, such as heat concentrated, partial overheating and large heat loss on the utilization of independent burning cave, the hot-water heating system based on the buming cave was constructed with the step utilization of the energy. The system temperature distributions within the burning cave and the inner surface temperature of its sidewall were measured during the smoldering combustion by the high-temperature multi-point automatic temperature sensor circuit detection system. Meanwhile, the radiant heat between combustion surface and the hot-water pipes was theoretical analyzed and calculated. System thermal efficiency is increased to 51%. Some influencing factors of its optimization structure and operation could be discussed, and provide a reference basis for constructing a burning cave from the folk builds to professional procedures.
