摘　　要：本文介绍了芦山地震概况及震区建筑物震害基本情况,其中着重介绍了正规设计施工建筑、老旧房屋以及农村自建房在本次地震中的震害特征及原因。根据震害原因的分析,思考并总结了此次地震中建筑物抗震工作的经验与教训,对今后的抗震工作提出了建议。The general situation of the Lushan Earthquake and the building earthquake damage in the earthquake zone is introduced. The earthquake damage characteristic and causes of the buildings of regular design and construction, old buildings and self-help buildings in rural areas in this earthquake are mainly analyzed. Through the analysis of the damage causes, the experiences and lessons in the work of the building seismic are summarized, and the advices anti suggestions to the future seismic work are put forward.
