摘 要:为了精确掌握钢包热状态,有效避免高温出钢,节约炼钢能耗和生产成本,开发出一种基于钢包跟踪的钢水温度在线补偿系统。该系统结合激光测距、位置传感器和数传电台无线通信等技术手段,实现了钢包在炼钢厂内的全程跟踪,在此基础上获取影响钢包热状态的条件因素,准确计算出钢水的补偿温度,合理在线补偿和确定转炉出钢温度。系统应用于Q炼钢厂后,有效降低了炼钢能耗,同时也为生产管理MES提供了有利支持。In order to grasp thermal state of steel ladle accurately, avoid high temperature tapping ef- fectively, and save energy consumption of steelmaking and production costs, a kind of molten steel tem- perature on-line compensation system based on steel ladle tracking was developed. The realization of the system combined the technology of laser ranging, position sensor with data radio, and then steel la- dle was tracked in the whole steelmaking plant. Obtaining the influence factors of thermal state of steel ladle on the basis of steel ladle tracking, molten steel temperature compensation was accurately calcu- lated. Putting the system into practice of Q steelmaking plant, it not only reduced energy consumption of steelmaking effectively,but also provided support for production management of MES.
