摘 要:为获得大麦苗总黄酮的最佳提取工艺参数,以液固比、乙醇体积分数及提取时间为因素,以总黄酮提取量为响应值,对大麦苗总黄酮进行浸渍提取,中心组合试验设计优化其提取工艺参数。结果表明:各试验因素对响应值的影响大小依次为液固比>提取时间>乙醇体积分数,优化所得最佳提取工艺参数为液固比29 mL∶1g、乙醇体积分数90%、提取时间100 min。在此条件下,总黄酮提取量为946.63μg/g,与预测值950.36μg/g较一致。In order to obtain the optimum extraction process parameters of total flavonoids from young barley leav- es, the effects of liquid-solid ratio and ethanol volumetric fraction and extraction time on flavonoids extraction yield were studied. Young harley leaves were macerated into ethanol solvent. Central Composite Design was applied to opti- mize extraction process parameters. The results indicate that the influence on the response value of test factors were as follows: liquid-solid ratio 〉 extracting time 〉 ethanol volume fraction. The optimum extraction process parameters were as follows: Liquid-solid ratio 29 mL/g; ethanol volume fraction 90% and extracting time 100 min. Under these conditions, the value of total flavonoids extraction yield was 946.63 lzg/g which was very close to the predicted value of 950.36 ~g/g. The conclusion is that response surface methodology could be applied to optimize the extraction process parameters of total flavonoids from young barley leaves and the optimized extraction process parameters could be provided a reference for industrial production of flavonoids compound from young barley leaves.
