气虚质与平和质原穴生物电信号与主观疲劳量表的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨气虚质和平和质人群十二原穴生物电信号值与主观疲劳量表总分的相关性。方法采用中医体质量表筛选符合气虚质和平和质人群各29例,根据主观疲劳量表评价受试者疲劳程度,采用系统状态电子测量仪检测各组受试者体表左右十二原穴(太渊、大陵、手少阴心经神门、手太阳小肠经腕骨、手少阳三焦经阳池、手阳明大肠经合谷、足太阴脾经太白、足厥阴肝经太冲、足少阴肾经太溪、足太阳膀胱经京骨、足少阳胆经丘墟、足阳明胃经冲阳)生物电信号值,并对主观疲劳量表总分及十二原穴生物电信号值的相关性进行分析。结果平和质组受试者主观疲劳量表总分为(58.24±11.71)分,气虚质组为(82.24±19.60)分,气虚质组总分高于平和质组(P<0.01)。两组之间比较电信号值仅在右侧合谷穴的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各原穴生物电信号值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。全部58例受试者主观疲劳量表总分与左侧大陵穴、左侧太冲穴、右侧合谷穴、右侧丘墟穴生物电信号值呈显著相关(P<0.05);气虚质组主观疲劳量表总分与左侧大陵穴、右侧太冲穴生物电信号值分别呈负相关(P<0.05);平和质组主观疲劳量表总分与左侧太渊穴生物电信号值呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论气虚质和平和质人群十二原穴生物电信号值与主观疲劳量表总分有一定相关性,原穴生物电信号检测可以为疲劳检测提供参考。Objective To explore the correlation between bioelectricity information value of twelve Yuan-Source acupoints and the total score of Subjective Fatigue Scale （SFS） in the balanced constitution population and qi-deficiency constitution population. Methods Twenty-nine cases of qi deficiency constitution and 29 cases of balanced constitution were selected according to Chinese Medical Constitution Questionnaire. The degree of subjective fatigue was evaluated with SFS. The bioelectricity information vaule of bilateral twelve Yuan-Source acupoints i.e. Taiyuan （LU 9）, Daling （PC 7）, Shenmen （HT 7）, Wangu （SI 4）, Yangchi （SJ 4）, Hegu （LI 4）, Taibai （SP 3）, Taichong （LR 3）, Taixi （KI 3）, Jinggu （BI 64）, Qiuxu （GB 40） and Chongyang （ST 42） were detected with system status electronic measuring instrument. The correlation between twelve Yuan-Source acupoint bioelectricity information value and the total score of SFS was analyzed. Results The total score of SFS in the qi-deficiency constitution population was （82.24＋ 19.60） which was significantly higher than （58.24-4-11.71） in the balanced constitution population （P ~ 0.01）. There was significant difference between groups in the bioelectricity information value of the right Hegu （I.I 4） （P%0.05）, but with no significant difference in the bioelectricity information values of other acupoints （P^0.05）. The total score of SFS was significantly correlated with the bioelectricity information values of left Daling （PC 7）, left Taichong （LR 3）, right Hegu （LI 4） and right Qiuxu （GB 40） （P%0.05） in the total 58 cases. In the qi-deficiency constitution population, the total score of SFS was negatively correlated with the bioelectricity information values of left Daling （PC 7） and right Taichong （I.R 3） （P〈0.05）.
