八髎穴埋线治疗慢传输型便秘30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察八髎穴埋线治疗慢传输型便秘(STC)的临床疗效。方法 60例STC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组八髎穴埋线2周1次,共2次。对照组予枸橼酸莫沙必利片口服,每次5mg,每日3次,共4周。分别观察两组患者治疗前后大便性状评分、每周自主排便次数和排粪造影结果,并判定临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90.0%,对照组为86.7%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后大便性状评分、每周完全自发性排便次数均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),治疗后两组大便性状评分和排便次数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组48h和72h残留标记物数目都明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论八髎穴埋线治疗STC疗效确切,能够改善大便性状、增加肠道的排便次数,降低排便残留。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Baliao （BL 31-34, Eight Bone-Holes） acupoints catgut embedding on slow transit constipation （STC）. Methods Sixty STC patients were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 30 in each. The treatment group was given Baliao acupoints catgut embedding every two weeks for a total of two times. The control group was given 5mg Mosapride Citrate Tablets orally three times daily for four weeks. The scores of stool character, weekly independent defecation frequency and defecography results were observed in both groups before and after 4-week treatment. The efficacy was compared in both groups. Results The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 86.7 % in the control group, with no significant difference between groups（P〉0.05）. The scores of stool character and weekly independent defecation frequency in both groups were significantly increased after treatment （P〈0.05）, but with no significant difference between groups（P〉 0.05）. The defecography results showed the residual marker numbers in both groups were significantly decreased in 48 hours and 72 hours after treatment （P〈0. 05）, but with no significant difference between groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Baliao acupoints catgut embedding is effective for STC and it can improve stool character, increase intestinal defecation and reduce defecation residue.
