摘 要:环己基苯是一种重要的化工中间体,可用作锂离子电池的防过充剂,是一种附加值大、市场潜力巨大的精细化学品,目前国内尚未形成规模化生产。介绍了环己基苯的3条合成路线,包括苯加氢烷基化、联苯部分氢化,以及苯与烷基化试剂的傅克烷基化反应。其中,使用离子液体催化苯和烷基化剂的烷基化反应可以得到很高的环己基苯选择性和收率,离子液体的重复使用性和高效催化性能使其成为一种高效环保的绿色溶剂,此方法被认为是适合大规模生产环己基苯的最具发展前景的合成路线。Cyclohexylbenzene, as a fine chemical intermediate with high added-value and vast market potential, can be used as overcharge protection addictive for lithium-ion batteries. The mass production hasn't been formed interiorly. The syn- thetic routes of cylcohexylbenzene are reviewed in detail in this paper,included hydroalkylation of benzene, hydrogenation of biphenyl, Friedel-Crafts alkylation of benzene with alkylat- ing agents, respectively. The high selectivity and yield of cy- clohexylbenzene can be obtained when ionic liquid is used as catalyst in the alkylation of benzene with alkylating agents. Itmaybe the most promising process to produce cyclohexyl- benzene in a large scale because ionic liquid is a green sol- vent of high-performance owing to its excellent reusability and catalytic performance.
