多功能快速过敏皮试仪应用于药物过敏检测的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价多功能快速过敏皮试仪应用于药物过敏检测的临床效果。方法:对300例欲选头孢菌素类药物皮试的患者,进行了多功能快速过敏皮试仪、普通皮试仪和传统皮内注射过敏试验的对照试验;并使用多功能快速过敏皮试仪,将皮试仪和传统皮内注射过敏试验2种皮试法进行自身对照,对210例志愿者进行了中药注射剂皮试的初步临床评价。结果:多功能快速过敏皮试仪与普通皮试仪和传统皮内注射过敏试验相比,皮试药物阳性率无明显统计学差异,但假阳性率明显低于传统皮试组(P<0.05)。结论:新型中药注射剂快速过敏皮试仪皮试避免了疼痛刺激和护士操作水平参差不齐等因素对皮试结果的影响,假阳性发生率低,优于常规皮试方法,说明应用新型中药注射剂快速过敏皮试仪可测得准确皮试结果。Objective： To evaluate the multi-function rapid allergic skin test instrument for application in drug allergy testing. Method： Three hundred patients were planned to be treated with cephalosporins Injection were divided randomly into 3 groups, the new allergic skin test instrument group, normal allergic skin test instrument group, and traditional skin test group, the true positive rate and false positive rate were calculated. Using multifunctional rapid allergy skin test was carried out on 210 cases of volunteers prelimi- nary clinical evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine injections skin test. Result： There were no significance difference between the new allergic skin test instrument group and control group in the true positive rate. As compared with the control group, a significance difference was found between the new allergic skin test instrument group and control group in false positive rate respectively （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The multi-function rapid allergic skin test instrument is safe and easy to use, with a higher rate of accuracy and lower false positive rate.
