摘　　要：本文从六西格玛和核心竞争力的含义入手,分析了图书馆面临的挑战,将六西格玛理论引入图书馆管理中,探讨了基于六西格玛理论建构图书馆核心竞争力的方法步骤、注意事项,提出了提升图书馆核心竞争力的新思路、新方法。From the connotation of SixSigrna and the core competitiveness, this paper analyzes the challenges, and discusses the methods, steps and notes of the construction of library core corrgetence besed on SixSigrna Theory, and puts forward new ideas and methods of enhancing the library＇s core competitiveness.
