摘  要:以己二酸作为碳源和络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了纳米Li2MnSiO4/C正极材料。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明,600℃下合成的Li2MnSiO4/C材料属于正交晶系Pmn21空间群。场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)表征结果显示,合成材料的颗粒大小在50 nm左右。将制备的材料组装成模拟电池并进行恒流充放电测试,研究了不同己二酸用量对材料的电化学性能的影响,结果表明:当己二酸∶乙酸锰=1∶1时,材料的充放电性能最佳,在10 mA/g下首次放电比容量可达167.5 mAh/g。A nano-sized Li2MnSiO4/C cathode material was prepared by a sol-gel method using adipic acid as carbon source and chelate agent. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns confirm the formation of the orthorhombic structure with Pmn21 space group sintered at 600℃. Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) pictures show the nanoparticles exhibit the sizes around 50 rim. The impact of adipic acid content on electrochemical properties of the synthesized nanoparticles was investigated. The results of the electrochemical tests show that the higher perfor- mance is achieved when the molar ratio between adipic acid: manganese acetate was 1 : 1, and the initial discharge specific capacity of 167.5 mAh/g is obtained at 10 mA/g under the above condition.
