摘 要:采用湿法烧结工艺,通过在基底上涂覆一层T210镍粉层增强镍基板烧结层与穿孔镍带之间的结合力,通过在镍浆中添加T210镍粉、适当提高烧结温度和有效烧结时间,整平处理以增强基板强度和提高基板的有效孔径比例,研制出了高强度的镍基板,可应用于低轨道航天器用氢镍电池。测试结果表明:基板孔率(含骨架)达到77%~78%。尺寸为6~23um的有效孔径比例达到了81%以上,10C电流充放电循环200次后,基板烧结层与穿孔镍带粘接完好,烧结层和活性物质均没有脱落,基板强度较好。By wet sintering techniques, the substrate was coated with a layer of T210 nickel powder layer to reinforce the binding force between layers sintered with perforation nickel belt of the substrate. In order to enhance the sintering strength of the substrate and increase the ratio of available aperture, T210 nickel powder was added to the nickel slurry, which could properly increase the sintering temperature and effective sintering time and leveling up the substrate. The high strength nickel substrates could be applied to low earth orbit (LEO) nickel-hydrogen batteries. The tests show that substrate porosity ratio (including skeleton)can reach 77%-78%, size of 6-23 μm available aperture ratio can reach over 81%, and the sintering strength of substrate is good. After 200 charge-discharge cycles at 10 C, sintering layer and bonded perforation nickel stick well, and active substances and sintering layer are not separate.
