摘 要:阐述了TRIZ和FBS理论的关系,提出了一种结合TRIZ和FBS的产品创新设计方法。以国内专利检索为基础,利用TRIZ理论的S曲线、进化潜能图和进化模式对产品进化方向进行预测,再根据功能-行为-结构的设计方法求得发散解,并利用TRIZ矛盾矩阵找到最优解,实现产品的创新设计。最后以搓澡机为实例验证了该理论的可行性。The relationship between TRIZ theory and FBS theory is expounded.Besides,by combining these two theories,this paper presents a new approach about innovation design on products.To be specific,it estimates products' potential to evolve with "S curve" at first.Secondly,based on the research of patents,the evolutionary directions of products can be predicted and summarized by "Evolution potential figure" and "Evolution mode" of TRIZ theory,then based on the FBS theory and evolutionary directions found at last step,designers can get a plant of "function-behavior" solutions by divergent thinking.With those information,they can find the optimal solution by "Contradictory matrix" of TRIZ finally,thus the invention design are completed.In the end,this paper verified the feasibility of this new method by completing an invention design on rubbing machine.
