摘 要:涉及一种新型爆燃动力装置的精确化设计方法。在分析该爆燃动力装置做功过程的基础上,确定了影响动力装置做功能力的主要因素,研制了做功能力考核试验装置;采用正交试验法研究了各主要因素的影响规律,获得了优化的结构参数,提高了装填火药的能量利用率和爆燃动力装置的做功能力;利用数理统计方法对试验结果进行检验,最终确定了爆燃动力装置的最优结构参数;为爆燃动力装置精确化设计提供了试验依据,为飞机服务舱门运动的精确化控制奠定了基础。This paper involved an accurate design method for a new type of detonation powerplant.Based on analyzing working process of the powerplant,the key factors which affected the working capacity of the powerplant was found.An experiment device which was used for assessing the working capacity of the powerplant was developed.By means of the device and the orthogonal experiment method,the influences on the working capacity by key factors were studied.And optimized structural parameters were obtained.Thus,the utilization rate of explosive energy and the working capacity of the powerplant were improved.With the mathematical statistics method,the most optimized structural parameters were obtained.In all,this paper provided an experimental basis for the accurate design of the detonation powerplant,and laid the foundation for the precise control of the service door movement.
