摘 要:基于瑞利近似理论对大截面超声珩磨圆锥形变幅杆的纵向振动频率进行修正,给出了频率修正表达式。对一组超声珩磨圆锥形变幅杆进行理论计算和有限元模拟分析,结果与一维纵向振动理论值相比,频率修正值更接近于数值计算值。而当径长比R1/l>0.4时,模态振型伴随弯曲或扭转振动,此时瑞利近似理论已不再适用。与一维纵向振动理论相比,修正频率表达式适用范围更大,对大截面超声珩磨圆锥形变幅杆的工程应用具有一定的指导意义。The frequency of longitudinal vibration for the conical horn with large section used in ultrasonic honing was modified based on the Rayleigh approximate theory,and the modified resonance frequency was obtained.A set of conical horn used in ultrasonic honing were given,and the results obtained by theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis indicates that the modified frequencies are closer to the numerical values compared with that obtained based on one-dimensional longitudinal vibration theory.And the Rayleigh theory cannot be used anymore when the ratio of radius to length (R1/l) is larger than 0.4 due to the effect of bending or torsional vibration.The expression of modified frequency for conic horn can be used in a wider field compared to the frequency deduced by one-dimensional theory,and the conclusions provide certain reference for the engineering application of conical horn with large section used in ultrasonic honing.
