摘  要:受污染水体沉积物治理已成为水环境治理的最重要因素之一,我国目前尚未出台有关地表水水体沉积物的环境标准。天津市根据地方水环境治理工作需要,借鉴国际通用做法,以生物毒理研究为依据,采取实验和调研引用相结合的方法,编制了《污染水体沉积物修复限值》地方标准,限值分为基本项目和补充项目两大类,其中基本项目为水体修复工程强制性考核项目,涵盖了地表水体中污染程度较高的镉、汞和石油类等12项指标;补充项目为水体修复工程选择性考核项目,包括六六六、滴滴涕和苯等15项指标。该标准的编制在中新天津生态城汉沽污水库、大沽排污河、海河等重要水体治理中发挥了重要作用,直接指导了处理技术方案的制定、过程监管和工程验收。Remediation of sediments in contaminated surface water has become one of the most important factors in water environment improvement.The environmental standards concerning sediments in surface water have not yet been enacted in China.In order to meet the demands of local water environment improvement,drawing on international common practice,based on biological toxicology and method of combining experiments and literature researches,Sediment Remediation Limits of Contaminated Surface Water for Tianjin was formulated.The limits are divided into two categories which include the basic indicators and supplementary indicators.The basic indicators are mandatory indicators for water remediation projects,covering 12 indicators such as cadmium,mercury and petroleum.Supplementary indicators are selective indicators for water remediation project,including 15 indicators such as BHC,DDT and benzene.The proposed standard played an important role in the treatments of water bodies including Hangu sewage lagoon in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City,Dagu River,Haihe River and so on.It provided guidance for the treatment program drawing up,process supervision and project acceptance.
