摘　　要：泉州台商投资区尾水排海工程通过选定合适排放口,将全区尾水经放流管输送至尾水扩散器,利用海洋净化功能达到最终处理目的。设计中对该工程的排污口位置、管道路由、尾水扩散器、高位井工艺等进行了比选,优化了设计方案。尾水排海工程的建成,对保护该区的水体环境安全、促进该区可持续经济发展起到至关重要的作用。The tail water from Quanzhou Taiwan Residents Investment Zone is discharged into the sea by a submarine pipe with diffusers.The design plan was optimized by comparison and selection of outfall location,pipeline route,diffuser and high level well.The completion of the tail water discharge project played a crucial role in the protection of the water environment safety and the sustainable economic development.
