摘　　要：结合常州市居住小区管线设计模式,提出管线修建性详细规划是管线综合规划的首要阶段,可为工程设计与实施提供必要的规划依据。以常州市某小区为例,详细介绍了管线详规的设计构思,体现了管线详规在整个工程设计中的重要性。Combined with the design mode of pipeline in the residential quarters of Changzhou,it is proposed that a pipeline site plan is the important stage of the comprehensive pipeline planning,which can provide the necessary basis for engineering design and implementation.Taking a residential quarter of Changzhou for example,the design ideas of the pipeline site plan were introduced,and its importance in the whole engineering design was reflected.
