摘　　要：在中新生态城污水库治理工程中,通过前期环境本底调查、风险评估、确定适合的治理标准,以及由现场扩大试验进一步修正工程关键工艺参数,摸索出了一套具有能复制、能实施、能推广的工程技术设计和设计管理的模式,为我国底泥和土壤重金属污染治理提供了参考和借鉴。In the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city sewage reservoir pollution control project,the key process parameters were further modified through the environmental background investigation,risk assessment,determination of appropriate treatment standards and the field simulation test.A set of the project design and management modes which could be copied,implemented and promoted were found to provide reference for treatment of sediment and soil heavy metal pollution in China.
