摘 要:目的研究青稞麦片对空腹血糖受损患者血糖、血脂代谢的影响。方法采用随机对照法,将100例空腹血糖受损患者分成燕麦对照组和青稞试验组,膳食干预3个月。于试验前后测定糖脂代谢相关的生化指标和酶类以及口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)后血糖、胰岛素的曲线下面积(AUC)。胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)经公式FBG(mmol/L)×INS(μU/L)/22.5计算获得。结果干预3个月后,与燕麦片组相比,青稞麦片组受试者的空腹血糖(FBG)和胰岛素(INS)分别降低9.26%(P<0.001)和13.37%(P=0.001),总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)分别降低7.20%(P<0.001)和9.42%(P=0.002)。糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、HOMA-IR、TG、Apo-B、OGTT试验后的血糖及胰岛素的AUC均有所降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),但组间HDLC、Apo-A、ALP和SOD水平差异无统计学意义。结论青稞麦片有显著改善空腹血糖受损患者的糖脂代谢的效果。Objective To investigate the effects of barley flake (BF) on the glucoselipid metabolism in patients with impaired fasting glucose (IFG). Methods 100 patients with IFG were divided into the oat meal (OM) control group and barley flake experimental group for three months intervention according to randomized controlled trail (RCT). Biochemical indicators, glucose-lipid metabolism related enzymes, the area under curve (AUC) of blood glucose and insulin after oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) were assessed before and after intervention. In addition, the homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) was calculated by FBG (mmol/L) × INS ( μU/L)/ 22.5. Results At the end of the three month active intervention, the mean fasting blood glucose (FBG) and insulin (INS) in the patients with BF treatment decreased by 9.26% (P 〈 0. 001 ) and 13.37% (P = 0. 001 ) separately compared with that in patients with OM treatment; meanwhile, total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in patients with BF treatment also decreased by 7.20% (P 〈 0. 001 ) and 9.42% (P =0. 002) , respectively. Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) , HOMA-IR, total glyceride (TG), Apo-B, the AUC of blood glucose and insulin after OGTT were also significantly decreased separately (P 〈 0.01 or 〈 0.05 ). However, statistically significant differences failed to be found in HDL-C, Apo-A, ALP and SOD between these two groups. Conclusion BF had favorable effect on improvement of glucose-lipid metabolism in the patients with impaired fasting glucose.
