摘　　要：通过对煤炭"散改集"运输的优势、劣势、动因与制约因素进行分析,提出了这种新型模式的适用条件与推进对策建议。To promote green logistics is the governments and coal enterprises face a big problem.First of all,the strengths,weaknesses,incentive and restrictive factors in coal container transportation are analyzed.Secondly,the new model＇s applicability and countermeasures have been proposed.The results to relevant government departments and enterprises have important reference value.
