摘　　要：从税收优惠政策、科研支持政策、环境保护政策等方面介绍了美国、加拿大、欧盟的页岩气产业政策,分析了中国的页岩气开发政策以及存在的问题,建议中国的页岩气勘探和开发应该学习国外的产业政策,并最终形成符合自己特色的页岩气产业政策。This paper states the shale gas industry policy in US,Canada and EU from three aspects,preferential tax policies,research support policy and environmental protection policy.China＇s shale gas development polices and problems have been analyzed.This paper suggests that China should review international shale gas exploration and development policies and synthesize these information and form China＇s own industry policy.
