摘　　要：本文阐述我院以等级评审为契机,从组织领导、管理制度、病案管理与持续改进、病案评估等多角度进行总结和改进,规范了医院病案管理制度、健全了病案管理流程、提高了工作效率,推动了我院病案管理建设。Taking hospital classification as an opportunity to promote the medical records management, our hospital makes summarization and improvements in the aspects of organization and leadership, management regulations, medical record management and sustained improvement, and case evaluation.
