摘　　要：X射线机房科学的设计和布局是X线机长期安全稳定运行的先决条件。根据放射科在医院建设中的特殊要求,从放射科的整体布局、X线机房的设计、机房的要求和室内环境4个方面阐述了X线机房在医院设计布局中应把握的几个问题,提出了合理的布局、良好的运行环境和科学有效的防护是设计建造合格X线机房的关键。Scientific design and arrangement of the X-ray room in hospitals is prerequisite for secure and stable operation of X-ray systems. In view of this, this paper demonstrated some key design and positioning issues of X-ray rooms that deserved additional attention in accordance with the special requirements for construction of the radiology department in hospitals from four perspectives： overall arrangement of the radiology department; design of the X-ray room; requirements of the room; and internal environment. In conclusion, construction of a sufficient X-ray machine room shall be based on appropriate arrangement, nice operation environment together with scientific and effective protection
