摘　　要：有效沟通是信息系统项目建设取得成功的关键因素。本文运用项目管理的理论,阐述了医院信息系统建设中沟通管理的计划编制、信息分发、绩效报告、项目干系人管理的主要过程和方法。通过有效的沟通管理,从而保证了医院信息系统建设的顺利实施。Effective communication serves as a vital factor in successful construction of the information system. With deployment of program management theories, this paper demonstrates main process and relevant methods of communication management including plan compilation, information distribution, performance reports and responsible personnel management in the construction of HIS （ Hospital Information System）. Through effective communication management, the successful construction of HIS is guaranteed.
