自制咽喉麻醉针在支气管镜检查麻醉中的应用

摘　　要：目的比较行支气管镜检查中不同麻醉方法的优劣,评价自制咽喉麻醉针在支气管镜检查中的麻醉效果。方法将200例欲行支气管镜检查的患者随机分成两组,试验组100例,采用自制咽喉麻醉针气管内注药法+喷雾法麻醉。对照组100例,采用环甲膜穿刺法+喷雾法麻醉。比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果 麻醉效果优良率试验组93%(93/100),对照组91%(91/100),两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论应用自制咽喉麻醉针气管内注药法麻醉效果可靠,是一种简便、安全、无创的麻醉方法 。【Objective】To evaluate the anesthetic effect of self-made throat anesthetic needle using different methods of anesthesia in bronchoscopy.【Methods】200 patients were divided into two groups randomly,experimental group consisted of 100 patients,using self-made throat anesthetic injection and spray anesthesia.Control group,100 cases,with and spray anesthesia.The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.【Results】The rate of good anesthesia： the test group 93%（93/100）,the control group 91%（91/100）,There was no significant difference（P 0.05）.【Conclusions】The anesthetic effect of self-made throat anesthetic injection is reliable,simple,safety and noninvasive method of anesthesia.
