摘　　要：为适应矿山开采技术条件变化及满足采矿生产能力需求,进行采矿方法研究及改进十分重要。金兴矿业公司通过对原V型后退式全面采矿法的采场结构参数、凿岩爆破和施工作业方式的改进,实现了采场"强采强出",提高了采场生产能力,降低了"两率"指标,取得了较好的技术经济效果,同时改善了施工现场安全作业条件。详述了全面采矿法的改进过程,值得借鉴。Research on mining methods and their optimization is rather important in adapting to the changing mining conditions and meeting the requirements of production capacity. Structural parameters, drilling and blasting and field operation are optimized in Jinxing Mining Company for the previous V-shape retreating overall mining method, and with this the production capacity is improved and the ＂two rates＂ are reduced, achieving good technical and eco- nomical results as well as enhancing safety operation conditions in field. The paper introduced the optimization process in detail and proves to be worth referring to.
