摘  要:对PTKE(咔钢建设)B1—B2号转运站间供料系统41.5 m大跨度钢结构运输通廊进行研究,分析温度应力及支座形式对运输通廊受力性能的影响,并对大跨度钢结构运输通廊进行模态振型和动力响应分析。研究结果表明,大跨度钢结构运输通廊采用一端固定、一端滑板橡胶支座可以减小温度应力对杆件内力的不利影响,在运输通廊横截面内设置短斜撑可以增强通廊的整体刚度,减小侧向变形。A 41.5m span steel transport corridor for feeding system between B1 - B2 transfer stations in PTKE Group Co. was studied in this paper, especially temperature and bearer forms effects on the corridor were given, the modal shapes and dynamic response of the corridor were calculated. The results show that for a large span steel transport corridor with one end fixed and one end sliding rubber bearer can reduce the adverse effects of temperature stress on member internal forces, the short bracing arranged in cross-sections can greatly improve the overall stiffness and reduce lateral deformation of the corridor.
