摘 要:在现代工业领域中异型钢煤斗的使用逐渐增多,但其受力比一般规则煤斗复杂。应用有限元软件对其进行分析,采用不同精细程度的网格划分得出的结果不同。通过在ANSYS中Power和Full两种模式显示下,对不同网格划分下的结果的差异进行比较,找出合理的网格划分方法。在线弹性分析的基础上考虑材料非线性,进一步论证结果,并研究增大加劲肋的截面尺寸对异型钢煤斗受力性能的影响。研究表明,增加加劲肋的截面高度对异型钢煤斗的受力性能的改善效果比增加加劲肋的截面宽度效果更加明显。The uses of special shaped steel coal scuttles are gradually increased in the modern industrial field, but they bear more complicated forces than the regular ones. Which can be analyzed by FEA, and the results are different because of varying the mesh from coarse to fine. It was proposed a reasonable mesh division method by comparing the results among different grid-making between Powergraphies and Fullgraphics. Further studies and comparisons indicate that the mesh division method is reasonable under considering the influence of nonlinear materials. Additionally, the influence on force property of special shaped steel coal scuttle caused by horizontal stiffening ribs was also studied. It was found that the effect was more pronounced on improving the force property of special shaped steel coal scuttle by increasing the depth of rib section than increasing its width.
