摘  要:天津空客A320工程后装机库屋盖结构采用巨型钢管主桁架+平面次桁架形式,其中,钢管主桁架为国内首次采用高强度螺栓板节点。结合工程背景,分析该结构形式的受力特点,介绍高强度螺栓板节点的设计分析结果。设计施工表明,该工程主次桁架受力简单明确,高强度螺栓板节点施工简单,缩短施工周期。The roof structure of huge main pipe truss + second plane truss was used in final phase/flight line hangar in Tianjin Airbus A320 project. A high-strength bolt-plate connection in the main pipe truss was firstly used at home. In this paper, the mechanical features of the structure were analyzed; the design of high-strength bolt-plate connections in pipe truss was introduced in detail. The design and construction of this hangar demonstrates that the mechanical features were simple and definite for the main-second truss system, the construction of the high-strength bolt plate connections in pipe truss is simple, which can shorten the construction time.
