摘 要:6组试验结果表明:一般的工业与民用建筑的主体结构主要构件经钢纤维水泥砂浆钢筋网加固后,加固层与原结构能有效地协同工作,构件承载力有大幅度的提高,构件破坏形态向延性破坏发展,裂缝也变得细而密。根据工程案例的实况和备选的改造加固方案,提取了加固层厚度、直接工程费、环保功效等14个技术经济评价指标,运用熵权决策法确定各指标所占的权重,最后模糊综合评判三个设计方案,得出钢纤维水泥砂浆钢筋网加固法是一项技术性能良好、经济支出合理、综合价值占优的加固方法。The results of 6 sets of tests showed that the main body structure of primary member in the general industrial and civil building after reinforced by steel fiber ferrocement mortar, reinforcement layer and original structure could work together effectively, bearing capacity was greatly improved, mode of component failure changed to ductile failure and crack also came to be fine and den. According to the actual conditions of a project and optional transformation reinforcement scheme, all together 14 technical and economic indexes, including strengthening layer thickness, direct construction cost and environmental protection effect, etc were selected to determine the weight of each index by entropy decision and finally fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to judge three design programs, it was found that steel fiber ferrocement mortar was a strengthening method with good technical performance, reasonable economic costs and dominant comprehensive value.
