摘　　要：目的：探索临终关怀对晚期癌症患者生命质量的影响.方法：对70例晚期癌症患者实施临终关怀,做好生活护理、心理干预、疼痛护理.结果：研究发现患者生命质量较前明显提高,并舒适、安详的走完人生最后的旅程.护理过程中医患关系良好,护理工作得到患者及家属的理解和支持.结论：临终关怀对晚期癌症患者生命质量有重要意义.OBJCTIVE ： To explore the effect of nursing care on quality of life of the patients in terminal stage of cancer. METHOD： In 70 patients in terminal stage of cancer were given good life care, psychological intervention and pain relieving care. RESULTS： The patients were found to be improved obviously, and more comfortable and more peaceful life in this stage. Doctor - patient relationship during the process of treatment was better. Caring tasks could be understood and supported by the patients family. CONCLUSION ： The terminal nursing care plays an important role in quality of life of the patients in terminal stage of cancer is important.
