摘　　要：目的：了解各人群的HIV感染情况，为艾滋病监测和防治工作提供依据，统计分析2012年本市的艾滋病病毒（Humall Immunodeficiency Virus，HIV）抗体检测数据。方法：用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELIsA）检测本区所有来源的HIV抗体检测血清标本，并分析数据。结果：2011－2012年全年检测标本中共计发现HIV感染11例，总感染率为0．21％。在自愿咨询检测、男同性恋者，医院就诊病人中发现感染者，其中男性行为者发现所占比例最高。结论：应该加大宣传力度，对有男性行为者应重点监测防控。Objective：We detect the specimen from our district with Enzyme -Linked Immunosorbent Assay （ELISA） and analyze the the HIV antibody test data of our district in 2012. For understanding the HIV situation of different people,and provideing a basis for AIDS surveillance,prevention and control in future. Methods：To We totally found 11 cases infected by HIV in 2012,the infection rate was 0.21%. Result：The infectors were found from Voluntary Counseling , male homosealities outpatients, And the men who have sex with men is the highest. Conclusion：We should intensify publicity and have a monitoring and cotrol in men who have sex with men.
