摘　　要：目的 探讨老年糖尿病足截肢的围手术期治疗方法。方法自2008年11月-2011年11月手术治疗糖尿病足截肢46例，男30例，女16例；年龄60～86岁，平均70．2岁。按Wagner，s级分类：IV级24例，V级22例。44例单侧截肢，2例双侧截肢；膝上截肢28肢，膝下截肢17肢，半足截肢2足。结果本组46例，切口均甲级愈合，无术后并发症。术后血糖控制理想。结论老年糖尿病足截肢存在高危险性，良好的围手术期处理和准确判断截肢平面是手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate the perioperative treatment of senile diabetic foot amputation. Methods Select 46 cases of treating diabetic foot amputation with operation from November 2008 to November 2011, male 30 cases, female 16 cases; age 60 - 86 years, average 70.2 years old. According to Wagner＇s classification： 24 cases of grade IV, 22 cases of grade V. 44 patients treated with unilateral amputation, 2 cases treated with bilateral amputation; 28 cases treated with above-knee amputation, 17 cases treated with below the knee amputation, and 2 feet were semifoot amputation. Results In this group, 46 patient＇s incision was healed, with no postoperative complications, the blood sugar was controled. Conclusion The risk of diabetic foot amputation in elderly patients is high, good operation period processing and accurately determine of amputation level is the key to successful operation.
