摘 要:目的为了开发R2空间驱避剂。方法用不同浓度的R2对淡色库蚊做击倒、灭杀和空间驱避实验。结果 R2对淡色库蚊无击倒和灭杀作用,R2的剂量增加到300 mg/ml和实验时间延长到24 h,对淡色库蚊均无直接的击倒和灭杀作用。用四因素三水平L9(34)的正交试验设计方法,以A(R2的质量)、B(志愿者与驱避剂的距离)、C(驱避剂放置高度)、D(乙醇与水的体积比)为考虑因素,在室内研究R2对淡色库蚊的空间驱避活性,得到最佳使用条件为:A2B2C2D2(200 mg的R2、距离:1.0 m、高度:1.0 m、体积比:3∶7),各因素对驱避活性的影响程度为A﹥B﹥D﹥C。结论在最佳条件下,R2对淡色库蚊的空间驱避活性较高,这将为开发R2空间驱避剂打下基础。Objective To develope R2 spatial repellent. Methods Knocking-down, killing and repelling trials on Culex pipiens pallens with a series dosages of R2 were investigated. Results The results showed that no knocking - down and killing capacities on Culex pipiens pallens with R2, even though the dosage of R2 increased to 300 mg/ml and trial time prolonged to 24 h. The optimum using condition were designed by orthogonal experiment by L9 ( 34 ) , four factors A (the dosage of R2 ) , B (distance between volunteer and repellent source) , C (height of repellent source) and D( volume ratio of H20 and ethanol) were taken into account. The optimal result was A2B2C2D2 (A: 200 mg, B: 1.0 m,C: 1.0 re,D: 3 to 7) ,impacts from those factors in descending order were A 〉 B 〉 D 〉 C. Conclusion Under the optimal conditions, spatial repellent activity of R2 for Culex pipiens paUens is high, this will drive to lay the groundwork for the development of R2 spatial repellent.
