摘 要:目的对辖区旅客列车德国小蠊抗药性进行检测,寻找防治对策。方法原药采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐使用的药膜接触法,用KT50计算耐药系数。饵剂采用喂饲法,计算12 d死亡率。结果济南铁路地区旅客列车德国小蠊对药物的抗药系数分别为顺式氯氰菊酯7.37、高效氯氰菊酯1.01、高效氯氟氰菊酯2.37、残杀威1.12;2%氟蚁腙杀蟑胶饵、0.05%氟虫腈杀蟑胶饵和1.5%乙酰甲胺磷杀蟑胶饵敏感和野外品系12 d死亡率无差异,提示对3种胶饵未产生耐药性。结论济南铁路地区旅客列车德国小蠊对顺式氯氰菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯产生了不同程度的耐药性。Objective To test resistance of Blattella germanica from passenger train of Jinan railway area to seven kinds of common used insecticides, and explore the prevention and management strategy. Methods The emulsions by the world health organization (WHO) recommended by using the contacting with chemical cover in jar, KTs0 was used to calculate the resistance coefficient. The bait agent by using the method of feeding, and calculated the 12 d mortality rate. Results The resistance coefficient of passenger train-collected strains of BlatteUa germanica were 7.37 to CIS cypermethrin,1.01 to beta-cypermethrin,2.37 to bate-cyfluthrin, 1.12 to phoxim. The 12 d mortalities were no difference between sensitive and field strains of Blattella germanica to 2% hydramethylnon gel bait,0.05% fiproni| gel bait and 1.5% acephate gel bait, suggesting that the 3 kinds of gel bait did not result in drug resistance. Conclusion Blattella germanica from passenger train of Jinan railway area produced resistance to the cis eypermethrin, and sensitivity to cypermethrin fluorine.
