摘 要:目的在盐城市城区测定淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的敏感性,为更好地选用卫生杀虫剂提供科学依据。方法采用浸渍测试法,计算LC50。结果盐城市城区淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、仲丁威和双硫磷的抗性指数分别为0.5、0.38、0.49和6.43。结论盐城市城区淡色库蚊幼虫对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯和仲丁威敏感,对双硫磷具有低抗性。今后应加强抗性监测,科学合理用药。Objective To determine the susceptibility of Culex pipiens pallens to commonly used insecticides in urban areas of Yancheng city, and provide the basis for better administration of pesticidal agents. Methods LCs0 was calculated using the impregnation method. Results The resistance indices of Cx. pipiens pallens was 0. 5 to dehamethrin,0.38 to beta-cypermethrin,0.49 to bassa and 6. 43 to temephos. Conclusion Cx. pipiens paUens were lowly resistant to temephos, yet sensitive to dehamethrin, to beta-cypermethrin and bassa. Monitoring of resistance in mosquitoes should be further strengthened for scientific ,proper application of insecticides in future.
