摘  要:目的了解泰安市城区家蝇对常用杀虫剂的抗药性状况,为科学合理使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法采用点滴法测定家蝇的抗药性。结果岱岳区和泰山区家蝇对敌敌畏均已产生最高抗,LD50分别为0.900 9和0.484 9μg/只;对高效氯氰菊酯均已产生高抗,LD50分别为0.096 8和0.085 8μg/只;岱岳区家蝇对溴氰菊酯产生高抗,LD50为0.008 5μg/只;泰山区则为最高抗,LD50为0.026 8μg/只。结论泰安市城区家蝇对3种常用杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性。建议科学合理地选用杀虫剂,积极提倡以环境治理为主,化学防治为辅的综合防治措施,把蝇密度控制在较低水平。Objective To understand Musca domestica resistance to commonly used insecticides and provide the basis information for using insecticides reasonably. Methods Topical application was used to identify the resistance of Musca domestica. Results In Daiyue and Taishan,Musca domestica had evoluted the highest resistance to DDVP and high resistance to cypermethrin. While in Daiyue ,Musca domestica had evoluted high resistance to dehamethrin; and in Taishan,Musca domestica had evoluted the highest resistance to deltamethrin. Conclusion Musca domestica has developed obvious resistance to 3 insecticides in Tai' an city. It is essential to use insecticides reasonably and call for integrated pest management of environmental management and chemical control.
